Responsibilities
Monitors assigned hotels’ sales systems for incoming leads generated.
Responds to sales system integrated leads within one hour of lead generation with copy to property sales contact.
Creates booking in appropriate sales system and communicates booking information to property sales contact.
Records lead information in shared lead log for property sales contact to review and update throughout booking lifecycle.
Contributes to or produces additional reporting for analysis of lead conversion or response time tracking.
Reports status of leads via lead log to Sales System Manager and corporate leadership
Contributes to daily and weekly activities within Sales Systems Support team as assigned by Sales Systems Manager
Performs any other assignments as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
Must possess intermediate computer skills experience.
A minimum of 2 years of intermediate hotel sales system (CI, Delphi.fdc) experience in a sales or event management-focused position is preferred
Must demonstrate proficiency in hotel industry sales and catering software (Delphi.fdc, CI/TY)
Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word, as well as Google Suite products, specifically Google Docs and Google Sheets
